Many vocational colleges have articulations towards a university degree, and the lower entry requirements for the college provide an ideal pathway for students who wish to take a higher education at a later stage. Even though all programs go through the same certification process by the Department of Education and other related organizations, the degree of recognition of these programs by the universities varied, depending on how closely matching the syllabus are.

Some colleges provide internship programs externally, and the rest will have some training/ workshop sessions in campus.
